Malcontents are considered possibly guilty of trying to perpetuate the stalag narrative of the public school system to advance whatever it is they want to advance. I don't know. But something about the notice didn't ring true to me either -- though I quite agree that the system at this time is quite capable of such, and worse. But perhaps not this particular one?
