It is indeed an appropriate descriptive word for the ACOG splinters, the groups which formerly influenced all of us. However, most current members turn off immediately if you use this term. That they do this is intellectually irrelevant, because most of them can no longer engage in give and take communication anyway. Still, it's not a good thing to deliberately hurt or offend them.
