According to a report in The Telegraph, one in ten Britons aged 25 to 34 think that Father Christmas is a character in the Gospel nativity stories.All those crusty Puritan worthies, along with the Wesley brothers and assorted purple-clad archbishops of Canterbury, must be turning in their graves.
Kind of makes all those discussions about deep theological subtleties seem somehow irrelevant really.
